a. Application of the conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all services of The Hockey Factory. By registering on the website, the subscriber agrees to these terms and conditions. Registration is only valid once the subscriber has explicitly agreed, for example via a checkbox or digital signature. The terms and conditions are made available digitally prior to registration and can be saved.

b. Registration conditions
Anyone who completes the application form truthfully and fully can become a subscriber. The subscriber is obliged to keep the provided information up-to-date and to treat user data confidentially. The subscription is intended exclusively for personal use.

c. Privacy
The Hockey Factory respects the privacy of subscribers and acts in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Personal data is used exclusively for service provision and is not shared with third parties, unless legally required. d. Intellectual property
All content on the website (training sessions, exercises, texts, software, photos) is protected by copyright and is the property of The Hockey Factory. Use is permitted only for personal use. Copying, publishing, selling, or commercially exploiting without written permission is prohibited.

e. Payment terms
The costs for registration and services are communicated in advance and must be paid in advance. In the event of early cancellation of a subscription, a proportional refund may take place, unless otherwise agreed. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of confirmation of cancellation, based on the remaining number of days of the subscription. The Hockey Factory reserves the right to increase registration fees annually by a maximum of 5%.

f. Cancellation of subscription
Cancellation must be made at least 4 weeks prior to the renewal date via email to info@hockeyfactory.nl . In the event of cancellation within the subscription period, a partial refund may be issued based on the remaining subscription, unless otherwise agreed. The Hockey Factory reserves the right to terminate the subscription in the event of a breach of these terms and conditions. In that case, access to services may be denied and stored data deleted. No refund will be granted upon termination by The Hockey Factory, unless the termination is unjustified.

g. Liability
Use of the services is at your own risk. The Hockey Factory is not liable for temporary or permanent unavailability of services, unless caused by intent or gross negligence. Liability is excluded for damages caused by force majeure, administrative errors, or accidents, to the extent permitted by law.

h. Changes in services
The Hockey Factory reserves the right to modify, restrict, or expand services. Paid services may be adjusted in accordance with legal requirements or at its own discretion, provided that this is communicated in a timely and clear manner.

i. Changes to terms and conditions
Changes to these terms and conditions will be communicated to subscribers by email. The most current version is always available on the website. If the subscriber does not agree to the amended terms and conditions, he/she has the right to terminate the subscription free of charge within 30 days.

j. Account protection
The subscriber is responsible for protecting his/her account against unauthorized access. In case of suspected misuse, the password must be changed immediately.

k. Dispute resolution
These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall preferably be resolved through consultation. For consumers, disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in accordance with statutory rules. For business clients, the competent court is the court in Rotterdam.
