At Hockey Factory, we strive for satisfied customers. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product under the following conditions:

Return conditions

• Returns are possible within 14 days of receiving your order.

• The product must be returned unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.

• Personalized items (e.g. with a name or number) cannot be returned, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Return procedure

1. Send an email to info@hockeyfactory.nl with your order number and reason for return.

2. You will receive instructions and a return form within 2 working days.

3. Pack the item well and include the completed return form.

4. Send the package to the provided return address (shipping costs are at your own expense).

Refund

• Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 5 working days.

• Shipping costs will not be refunded, unless it is due to an error on our part.
