Returns Policy – Hockey Factory
At Hockey Factory, we strive for satisfied customers. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it under the following conditions:
Return Policy

Returns are possible within 14 days of receiving your order.

The product must be returned unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.

Items that have been personalized (e.g. with a name or back number) cannot be returned unless there is a production error.
Return procedure

Send an email to info@hockeyfactory.nl with your order number and reason for return.

You will receive instructions and a return form within 2 working days.

Pack the item well and add the completed return form.

Send the package to the return address provided (shipping costs are at your own expense).
Refund

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 5 working days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless it is an error on our part.
