Return Policy – Hockey Factory
At Hockey Factory, we strive for satisfied customers. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product under the following conditions:
Return conditions

Returns are possible within 14 days of receiving your order.

The product must be returned unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.

Personalized items (e.g. with a name or number) cannot be returned, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Return procedure

Send an email to info@hockeyfactory.nl with your order number and reason for return.

You will receive instructions and a return form within 2 working days.

Pack the item well and include the completed return form.

Send the package to the provided return address (shipping costs are at your own expense).
Refund

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 5 working days.

Shipping costs will not be refunded, unless it is due to an error on our part.
